Support types

We offer support either via email or via the live chat tool on our website (the blue chat bubble in the lower right corner). Unfortunately, we can’t offer phone or Skype support.

Support hours and timezone

During working days, we are generally available 14 hours per day, from about 6AM to 10PM in the evening. Our time zone is Central European Time (CET). You can easily compare your timezone to ours here.

Our support also runs through the weekend but hours are more flexible, so you may have to wait a bit longer for a reply.

Reply times

If you’re contacting us on working days within our support window, our reply time is usually within the hour. If you need to wait a bit longer, we strive for an average reply time of about 3 – 4 hours. During weekends this may extend to 10-12 hours. During our summer holiday (1-2 weeks in July-August), our reply time can extend to 24 hours but this rarely happens.

What type of support is included?

  • Pre-sale questions.
  • Basic support questions.
  • Help with installing.
  • Help with troubleshooting issues.
  • Support for bugs.

What type of support is not included?

  • We can’t set up and configure the plugin for you.
  • Custom-coding PHP, HTML or JavaScript.
  • Changing styling through CSS.

We can help with those types of support for a fee. If you need a custom-coded solution or a thorough setup, contact us for a quote.
