How to cancel my subscription?

We offer two types of payments: a one-time payment which costs more, or a yearly subscription which automatically renews until you cancel. To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Studio Wombat account.
  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
  3. Find your subscription and click Cancel.

Please note canceling your subscription does not automatically mean your last payment will be refunded.

I don’t see these options

If you don’t see the Cancel or Update Payment options in your account, it means you don’t have an active subscription with us. Either you already canceled or you never had an automatic subscription.

We introduced automatic subscriptions in June 2021. If you’ve purchased your license before that time, you are not on a subscription and you don’t have to cancel.
