How to hide a field from cart, checkout, order, emails, or invoices

By default, Advanced Product Fields shows the customer’s inputs in the cart, checkout, order screens, and emails. If you prefer not to display certain fields (to keep things clean and uncluttered), you can hide them in the Appearance tab by enabling the corresponding “Hide” options as seen in the image below:

In the example image, this field will be shown in the cart and checkout, but not on the “order received” page or emails.

Hide fields from invoices

If you’re using an invoice plugin to send customers an invoice for their order, and the plugin follows WooCommerce standards, the APF value will be hidden from the invoice when you enable the setting “Hide this field on the order received page and emails” as seen in the image above.
