File uploads are not added to cart or checkout

Is your file upload field working on the product page but not adding the uploaded file(s) to the cart, checkout, or order pages? In other words: you are not receiving the uploaded files.

In this case, it is highly likely that switching to our modern file uploader will fix the issue.

Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Product Fields and enable the Modern Uploader setting there:
