How to update my subscription payment info?

We offer two types of payments: a one-time payment which costs more, or a yearly subscription which automatically renews until you cancel. If you need to change payment details, for example credit card or PayPal info, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Studio Wombat account.
  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
  3. Find your subscription and click Update payment info.

I don’t see these options

If you don’t see the Cancel or Update Payment options in your account, it means you don’t have an active subscription with us. Either you already canceled or you never had an automatic subscription.

We introduced automatic subscriptions in June 2021. If you’ve purchased your license before that time, you are not on a subscription and you don’t have to update your payment info.
