Frequently Asked Questions

What are the requirements?

To use this plugin, you’ll need our Advanced Product Fields plugin too.

Is this a lifetime license or subscription?

There are 2 types of licenses: yearly and lifetime.

Yearly licenses are subscription-based and can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel the subscription, the plugin will continue to work as normal until the end of the paid-for period. Once the license expires or is cancelled, you will no longer receive updates or support for the plugin.

With lifetime licenses, you pay only once and receive updates and support for life.

Can I still use the plugin when my license expires?

Yes, but you will not receive updates, bugfixes, or support. You can keep using the last version prior to your license expiring, but we can’t guarantee this will keep working when WooCommerce or WordPress updates.

If you have a lifetime license, your license will never expire and you will always get updates, bug fixes, and support!

Can I use my license on a test or dev site?

Yes, and it doesn’t count towards your license activation limit! Unlimited test, development, and staging sites are included in your license, as long as our system can recognize the site as such.
