Add an address or VAT number to your invoice

You can add your business address and VAT info on your invoice even after purchasing a plugin from us. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Studio Wombat account.
  • Click on the Invoices tab.
  • Find the invoice and click View Invoice
  • On your invoice, click the Add address & VAT number link.

That’s it!

If you have added a valid European VAT number, our payment processor will automatically refund the VAT portion of your invoice back to you.

Now you can save your invoice to your hard drive with the new information.

I can’t seem to add or edit my European VAT ID

While our system allows you to add a VAT number during checkout, or even after you’ve made the purchase, there are some constraints to keep in mind:

  • You can only add a VAT ID to an existing invoice if that purchase was less than 14 days ago.
  • Once a VAT ID is added, you can not change it, as VAT has already been declared/reverse-charged.
