Can I use my licence in a development environment?

Yes! Development environments will not count towards your site limit.

Is this a one-time (LTD) payment?

We offer both annual and one-time paid plans.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

If you’ve chosen an annual plan, your subscription will renew automatically every year unless you cancel it from your account. If you do decide to cancel it, your license will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time.

Will the plugins work with my theme?

We have tested all of our plugins with a wide range of themes and we are confident it will look great with your theme. Our plugin support includes helping with theme-related conflicts.
